The best OnlyFans alternatives for explicit creators are Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, JustFor.Fans, FanCentro, LoyalFans and AdmireMe. All seven pay creators 80% of subscription revenue, the same split OnlyFans uses, so the headline fee rarely decides anything. What does differ is how soon you can withdraw, what you’re allowed to post, how each platform treats AI content, and whether it puts you in front of fans who don’t already follow you. We also checked Patreon, Fanfix and Passes, but none of them allows explicit sex content featuring real people.
We compared ten platforms using only what each one publishes itself: terms of service, fee and payout pages, content policies and help-centre articles, all read on 2 November 2026. Where a platform’s own pages disagree, we say so. Where a figure appears only on review sites, we left it out.
Key Takeaways
- The fee is mostly the same. Fansly, Fanvue, JustFor.Fans, FanCentro, LoyalFans, AdmireMe and Fanfix all advertise an 80% creator share, which matches the 20% fee OnlyFans takes.
- ManyVids splits by product. It pays 80% on Club subscriptions, custom videos, tips and store items, but 60% on video sales, bundles, contest votes and pay-to-open messages.
- Patreon’s platform fee is lower, but its rules are stricter. Its standard fee is 10%, plus payment processing (a fixed $0.30 on every card payment as well as a percentage), currency conversion and payout fees, and it doesn’t allow real people to be shown in sexual activity, including masturbation.
- Published payout minimums run from $10 to $100. Patreon’s PayPal minimum is $10; Fansly and Fanvue start at $20; ManyVids, JustFor.Fans and Passes at $50; FanCentro pays monthly once you reach $100; AdmireMe pays automatically from £100. Fansly, Fanvue and ManyVids hold new earnings for seven days, and Fanvue can extend that.
- AI rules split the market. Fanvue welcomes labelled AI accounts, while Fansly bans photorealistic AI and ManyVids doesn’t accept new AI-only accounts by default.
- Cross-promotion is often restricted. JustFor.Fans bans some rival platform names, including onlyfans and manyvids, and ManyVids bans outbound links except ones it allows, such as approved social media, so the hub that connects your platforms works best as a site you own.
How We Checked These Platforms
We looked at ten subscription and clip platforms and checked each one against its own documents, not against review sites. Two other names, 4based and Unlockd, didn’t make it: 4based’s terms and FAQ only load with JavaScript and its help centre has no published articles, and Unlockd returned a security-check page, so we couldn’t confirm anything about either from their own pages.
For the baseline, the current OnlyFans terms of service, rewritten in late October 2026, still set the fee at 20%: “Our fee for Creator Interactions is calculated as 20% of the total User Payment and will be deducted from each User Payment.” Three things to keep in mind when you read the tables:
- Fees and rules change. Fanvue’s 85% rate for creators who joined in 2022 has ended, and OnlyFans’ terms were rewritten in late October 2026, days before we checked them. Read the live page before you move.
- Some platforms publish less than others. LoyalFans’ terms, payout and FAQ pages only load with JavaScript, so its rows rely on the platform’s own blog posts: the newest that states its fee and payout schedule is from August 2025, and its payout methods date from 2021.
- OnlyFans’ help pages returned a bot check. Its terms confirm that a minimum payout applies but don’t state the amount, so we haven’t printed one.
OnlyFans Alternatives Compared: Fees and Payouts
The creator share is what each platform says you keep before payout-method fees. Payment processors, banks and currency conversion can take a little more.

| Patreon | 10% fee, plus processing and payout fees | $10 via PayPal; $25 to a Payoneer wallet | 5-day hold after you change payout method; 1 to 5 days to arrive | Bank transfer (Stripe in the US, Payoneer elsewhere), PayPal, Payoneer wallet |
| Fanfix (safe for work) | 80% | Not found on its pages | Processed on Wednesdays, usually banked by Friday | Stripe for US and UK creators |
| Passes (safe for work) | 80% on the default Creators+ plan | $50 | Free in 2 to 5 business days; faster for 6.5% or 10% | Bank account, PayPal |
Content Rules: Explicit Content, AI and Promotion
Before you compare fees, check that your content is allowed at all. Many banned categories overlap from one platform to the next. JustFor.Fans says its own rules are set by the credit card companies so it can take card payments, and they’re “not intended to be a moral or ethical judgment on any kink or lifestyle”. Card-network rules also constrain the adult payment processors that adult sites rely on. The details still vary, and the AI rules vary most of all.
| Platform | Explicit content | AI-generated content | Other rules worth knowing |
|---|---|---|---|
| Fansly | Allowed | Photorealistic AI banned, even if labelled; non-photorealistic virtual creators allowed with real ID | ID check through Ondato, plus a video of you holding your ID |
| Fanvue | Allowed if marked 18+ | Allowed with a clear AI label; deepfakes need the real person’s verified identity and documented consent | Profile picture, banner and intro video must be safe for work |
| ManyVids | Allowed | No new AI-only accounts by default; human accounts with more than three AI videos risk action | No outbound links unless allowed (approved social media sites are); bans incest-related language, including Mommy/Daddy |
| JustFor.Fans | Allowed | Legal page (2024) bans AI videos simulating realistic persons; the help-centre list (November 2025) doesn’t mention AI | Rival names such as onlyfans and manyvids are banned words; no moving fans off the platform |
| FanCentro | Allowed | No rule on AI-generated content found; its fan terms say creator messages aren’t handled by AI or chatbots | Live face scan at sign-up |
| LoyalFans | Yes, judging by its verified pornstar profiles (October 2026); its content rules aren’t readable | Not published on readable pages | Terms load only with JavaScript |
| AdmireMe | Allowed | Deepfakes banned as non-consensual content; no general AI rule found | Bans extreme porn, escorting and voyeurism accounts; premium posts capped at 20% |
| Patreon | Non-sexual nudity behind the paywall; no real or hyperrealistic sexual activity, including masturbation | Illustrated or animated adult AI allowed; hyperrealistic work needs the depicted adult’s documented consent and can’t show sexual activity | Patreon Video not available to 18+ creators |
| Fanfix | Safe for work only | AI personas allowed if clearly labelled | Invite-only |
| Passes | No explicit content, nudity or pornography | Offers Premium fans an AI chat version of the creator | Creators in 27 countries can’t apply |
Which Platforms Bring You New Fans?
A platform that shows you to new fans can be worth more than a slightly better fee. Here’s what each alternative says about discovery, and what it takes to qualify:
- Fansly: a For You Page for posts you opt in, though locked media needs a free preview to qualify, plus a Suggestions tab that includes every creator automatically.
- Fanvue: a Discover feed that’s randomised by default, with new, fast-growing and high-performing accounts nearer the top. New fan accounts see safe-for-work content only until they change their settings.
- ManyVids: your MV Score sets your placement on the Creators page and feeds into video search, and a Clubs Lander promotes Club content.
- JustFor.Fans: a randomly selected performer spotlight, which exclusive performers can book once a week, and free previews that appear automatically if video previews are enabled.
- FanCentro: a Discovery page of top creators that fans can filter, and recommender lists of new creators and of creators found only on FanCentro.
- AdmireMe: you appear in search after 20 standard posts and on the homepage after 50, and the A-List is for creators with over 1,000 posts.
- Patreon: an Explore tab you can’t opt out of, but adult creators are shown only to fans over 18 who choose to see adult content.
- LoyalFans and Passes: LoyalFans described a discovery page and hashtags in 2024; Passes uses Home, Search, live streams, Premium discovery and recommendations.
Search engines are a separate question. ManyVids’ terms say your content “might be searchable within the Platform, and by third-party search engines or archives”, FanCentro’s say your profile “may be searchable by publicly available search engines”, and Patreon publishes advice on optimising a creator page for SEO. We found no comparable statement about profiles appearing in search results from the others.
In our experience, a platform profile can rank for your stage name, but rarely for the niche searches fans make before they know who you are. That traffic goes to pages you control. Our guide to how to grow your OnlyFans profile organically covers them alongside the social channels that feed them, and its off-platform advice works for any of these platforms.
The 10 OnlyFans Alternatives, Platform by Platform
1. Fansly
Best for: explicit creators who want, in our view, the closest like-for-like switch, with built-in discovery.
Fansly pays creators 80% of subscriptions, media sales, messages and tips. Subscriptions can be priced from $5 to $499.99 a month and pay-per-view media from $1 to $499.99. Earnings are held for seven days and most payout requests are approved within 48 hours. Once a payout is processing, crypto, Paxum and Cosmopayment usually arrive within 24 hours and bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days, but crypto and international bank transfers are sent in batches every three days. The $20 minimum applies in most countries, but international wires need $100 and crypto $50 to $100, and SEPA requests under $50 are held until your requests reach $50 or 14 days pass.
Its main draw is discovery: the For You Page and the Suggestions tab described above. Fansly’s referral programme pays 5% of a referred creator’s sales for their first year and 1.5% after that, as long as they sign up through your link before completing their application.
Watch out for: Fansly’s getting-started guide promises no hidden fees for payouts, but its crypto payout article mentions an administrative fee of around 2%. And “Photorealistic AI-generated content is not allowed on Fansly”, even when it’s labelled.
2. Fanvue
Best for: AI creators and creators who use AI tools.
Fanvue’s standard rate is 80%, and its homepage offers 85% for your first month. Its policy calls that a promotional rate it can change or withdraw, and the 85% given to creators who joined in 2022 has already ended. The payout minimum is $20, higher in some regions, and you need at least five pieces of content uploaded. Earnings are pending for seven days as standard. Its payout policy says this can be extended to up to 28 days, and its help centre says payments can be held for 30 days if the fan hasn’t verified their email. Bank transfer is the main payout method, with MassPay, Cosmo and crypto in some locations, but there’s no PayPal.
“Fanvue welcomes AI creators.” You can run a fully AI account, but AI content needs a clear label (an AI label on the account counts), and if a fan asks whether you’re AI, you must answer yes. One verified identity can run up to 15 AI accounts and 2 human accounts. Fanvue’s referral scheme pays 5% of a referred creator’s earnings for their first 12 months, up to $50,000 per creator, out of Fanvue’s own fee, though its help centre admits that “Most referrers earn relatively little.”
Watch out for: the profile picture, banner and intro video that appear in Discover must be safe for work, and a first offence removes the profile from Discover until the media is updated; after that, the whole profile is hidden from public view until it’s fixed. Fanvue may also charge $50 for each additional dispute once your chargeback or dispute rate passes 1.5% in any rolling 30-day period.
3. ManyVids
Best for: creators who sell clips to buyers browsing a store.
ManyVids pays different rates for different products, as its creator commission table shows: 80% on Club subscriptions, custom videos, tips and store items, but 60% on video sales, video bundles, contest votes and pay-to-open messages. Live-show tokens convert at $0.08 each, a rate ManyVids describes as promotional. On clip sales it keeps 40%, the biggest cut of any platform here. Clubs, its subscription product, can be priced from $1.99 to $29.99 a month.
Payouts go out weekly on Wednesdays, seven days in arrears, with a $50 minimum you can’t set lower. Direct deposit costs $2 in the US and $5.50 for international transfers; Paxum costs $1. Your MV Score decides where you’re placed on the Creators page and feeds into video search. Apart from one-off base points, such as linking your X account, it counts only your last 45 days of activity, so you have to stay active.
Watch out for: “By default, ManyVids does not accept new AI-exclusive accounts”, and human accounts with more than three AI videos risk content removal or reduced exposure. Its terms also ban links leading away from the platform, apart from approved social media sites and other links it explicitly allows, and its content rules ban incest-related language, including Mommy/Daddy.
4. JustFor.Fans
Best for: performers willing to go exclusive for a higher share.
JustFor.Fans pays 80% on all sales, and performers in its exclusive programme get 85% on tips, store sales, private media, SMS and more. The minimum payout is $50, paid weekly (on Wednesdays) or monthly, and US performers can expedite a payment for $2. Bank transfers cover the US, EU, UK, Canada, Australia and Mexico; performers elsewhere are paid in crypto or through Paxum.
Verification takes a biometric ID check, links to the social media accounts you use to market yourself as an adult performer, a consent agreement and at least five pieces of full content that reflect what you’ll post, and usually less than 72 hours once you’re in the review queue. Discovery comes from the performer spotlight and free previews.
Watch out for: the banned-words list includes onlyfans, onlyfans.com and manyvids, and any attempt to move fans off the platform is prohibited. The prohibited-content list on its legal page, dated 2024, bans AI videos simulating realistic persons, fictional or real, but the help-centre copy of the list (as of 30 November 2025) doesn’t include that line, so check with support before posting realistic AI.
5. FanCentro
Best for: creators who are happy with a monthly payout and an 80% share on content sales, tips, subscriptions and messages.
FanCentro pays 80% on content sales, tips, subscriptions and direct messages, calculated after sales taxes such as VAT. Payouts run once a month once you’ve reached $100 in net income; anything less rolls over to the next month. Its help centre lists direct deposit, paper check, Paxum, Cosmo and crypto, and once your earnings are marked pending, most methods take 7 to 10 business days to arrive (paper checks 2 to 4 weeks).
FanCentro reported 1,892,329 average monthly recipients of its service in the EU as of 1 July 2026, a figure it publishes under the EU’s Digital Services Act. It also says it blocks fans who file chargebacks from further purchases.
Watch out for: the help centre says there are 8 payout methods but lists five, and two of its pages disagree on whether crypto payouts are made in USDC or USDT. We found no rule on AI-generated content in its creator terms or help articles, but its fan terms say creator messages aren’t handled by AI, chatbots or other automated systems.
6. LoyalFans
Best for: established adult performers who want verified status.
LoyalFans’ own announcements describe 80% payouts across the board, paid twice a month, with lifetime revenue-share options. It has run 100% commission days, including one on 26 August 2025. In October 2026 it launched Verified Pornstar Profiles, which show fans that a creator is an active professional adult film performer.
Watch out for: LoyalFans’ terms, payout and FAQ pages only load with JavaScript, so we couldn’t confirm its payout minimum, holding period, AI rules or banned-content list. The newest list of payout methods we could read dates from 2021: wire, Paxum, ACH and SEPA. Ask support for the current terms before you move.
7. AdmireMe
Best for: UK creators who want to price in pounds.
AdmireMe calls itself “a platform made by a sex worker for sex workers”. It takes 20% commission, so you keep 80% of your subscription price, which can be set in pounds, dollars or euros from £3 upwards. Earnings over £100 are paid automatically, and you can withdraw £20 to £99.99 early for a £3 fee. Pay periods run from Friday to Thursday, and payment is processed 11 days later.
Discovery depends on how much you post: AdmireMe’s search, homepage and A-List thresholds rise from 20 posts to over 1,000. Its referral scheme pays 5% of what a referred creator makes, out of AdmireMe’s own earnings.
Watch out for: only 20% of your posts can be premium, and the terms ban extreme porn as governed by UK law and the law where you live, escorting and voyeurism accounts. There’s no app, because the App Store won’t allow adult content.
8. Patreon
Best for: illustrators, writers and nude-art creators who don’t show real sexual activity, solo or partnered.
Patreon’s standard fee is 10% for pages published after 4 August 2025, plus payment processing (2.9% + $0.30 on card payments), a 2.5% currency conversion fee where it applies, and payout fees such as $0.25 per US direct deposit. Older pages may still be on legacy plans of 5%, 8% or 11%. Patreon handles chargebacks and most sales-tax collection itself.
The catch is the content policy. Patreon’s community guidelines say: “Works depicting sexual activity between real, adult participants are not permitted.” Real nudity is allowed on pages categorised as 18+, behind the paywall, as long as it isn’t sexualised (no sexual activity, arousal or genital close-ups). Illustrated, animated and written adult work, including AI characters that aren’t hyperrealistic, is allowed on those pages. Hyperrealistic adult work must use the likeness of real adults who have documented their explicit consent and, like real content, can’t show sexual activity, and AI sex chatbots that generate content for fans are banned.
Watch out for: adult creators must be ID- and age-verified and can’t use Patreon Video, and Patreon’s list of features for 18+ creators mentions only web and Android payments. Purchases made through Apple’s in-app system in the iOS app carry Apple’s 30% fee instead of card processing, on top of Patreon’s platform fee, and stay pending for 75 days.
9. Fanfix
Best for: safe-for-work influencers and brand-friendly creators.
Fanfix pays creators 80% of memberships, direct messages and locked content, but adds a 13% surcharge for fans who pay by credit card. Earnings are processed every Wednesday and usually reach your bank by Friday; US and UK creators are paid only through Stripe. It’s invite-only and safe for work only, so it isn’t an option for explicit content. AI personas are allowed as long as the AI content is clearly labelled.
10. Passes
Best for: safe-for-work creators who want fast payouts.
Passes takes 20% on its default Creators+ plan. Payouts need $50 in eligible earnings, are free if you wait 2 to 5 business days, and cost 6.5% for next-day payment or 10% for an instant payout where available. They go to a bank account or PayPal in the US, Canada, UK, Australia and many European countries. Its guidelines are blunt: “We do not allow explicit adult content, nudity, or pornography.” Creators in 27 countries can’t apply, and every creator needs at least one active social media account connected to their profile.
What the Platforms Say About Their Size
OnlyFans is the only platform here whose filed company accounts we checked. Fans paid $7.8 billion through it in the year to 30 November 2025, creators were paid $6.2 billion, and it ended the year with 5.06 million creator accounts and 437.1 million fan accounts. Our OnlyFans statistics page breaks those numbers down. The alternatives publish their own figures instead, mostly undated:
| Platform | What it says | Where, and the caveat |
|---|---|---|
| Fanvue | Over $500m in creator payouts; 17M+ monthly active users; $100M annualised revenue | Homepage and About page; the figures are undated, though the About page puts revenue at over $10M a month by the end of 2025. The homepage says 200,000+ creators and the About page 325,000+ |
| Fanfix | $250M paid out to creators; 20M+ fans; 50 Fanfix millionaires | Homepage, undated. Its FAQ says over 15 million creators, entertainers, entrepreneurs and fans |
| FanCentro | 1,892,329 average monthly recipients in the EU | Published under the EU Digital Services Act, as of 1 July 2026 |
| Fansly | An opt-in leaderboard of the top 500 participating creators by revenue | No creator, fan or payout totals found |
None of these lines up with OnlyFans’ figures. A lifetime payout total isn’t a yearly one, and monthly active users aren’t the same as registered fan accounts, so treat them as rough signals of size, not as a ranking.
Which OnlyFans Alternative Fits You?
- You post explicit content and want the closest swap: in our view, Fansly, for its 80% share, $20 minimum in most countries and For You Page.
- You run an AI or AI-assisted account: Fanvue, which allows labelled AI accounts. Fansly bans photorealistic AI, JustFor.Fans’ legal page bans realistic AI video, and ManyVids limits AI content of any kind.
- You sell clips more than subscriptions: ManyVids, for its store and search, as long as you accept 60% on video sales.
- You’re based in the UK: AdmireMe, with prices in pounds and automatic payouts from £100.
- You’re willing to go exclusive: JustFor.Fans, which pays exclusive performers 85% on tips, store sales, private media and SMS.
- Your content is safe for work: Fanfix or Passes, neither of which allows explicit content. Patreon also works; it allows nudity and illustrated or written adult work on 18+ pages, but not real sexual activity.
- You make adult art or illustration: Patreon, at 10% plus processing fees, as long as no real or hyperrealistic person is shown in sexual activity.

Why Your Own Website Should Sit Above Every Platform
Spreading across platforms raises an awkward problem: some platforms limit how you send fans elsewhere. JustFor.Fans bans some rival platform names, including onlyfans and manyvids, from anywhere visible on its site. ManyVids’ terms ban links leading away from the platform unless ManyVids explicitly allows them, such as links to approved social media sites. Fanvue’s creator terms forbid accepting payments from fans outside the platform. Fansly is more open: its help centre says you can link to other websites from your bio, as long as they follow its terms.
The answer is a hub you own: a creator website that ranks for your name and your niche, links to every platform you use, and isn’t bound by any platform’s link rules. It’s also the one asset that survives when a platform changes its rate, as Fanvue’s 2022 creators found, or bans a category you rely on. For performers, the same site helps with porn star reputation management, because it gives Google a page you control to show for your name.
Building and ranking that hub is part of what our OnlyFans marketing agency does for OnlyFans creators and their managers.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the best alternative to OnlyFans?
For explicit creators, Fansly is, in our view, the closest like-for-like option: it pays 80%, pays out from $20 in most countries and has a For You Page for discovery. Fanvue suits AI creators, ManyVids suits clip sellers and AdmireMe suits UK creators who want to price in pounds. The right choice depends on your content and on where your fans come from.
Which OnlyFans alternative takes the lowest fee?
Patreon’s standard fee is 10%, plus processing and payout fees, but it doesn’t allow sexual activity by or between real people, including masturbation. Among adult platforms, Fansly, Fanvue, JustFor.Fans, FanCentro, LoyalFans and AdmireMe all take 20%, the same as OnlyFans. JustFor.Fans pays exclusive performers 85% on some sales, and Fanvue offers 85% for a new creator’s first month as a promotion.
Which OnlyFans alternatives allow explicit content?
Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, JustFor.Fans, FanCentro and AdmireMe all allow explicit adult content, within their banned-content lists, and LoyalFans courts adult performers, though its content rules aren’t readable. Patreon allows nudity behind the paywall but not real sexual activity, and Fanfix and Passes don’t allow explicit content at all.
Which OnlyFans alternatives allow AI-generated content?
Fanvue allows fully AI accounts if the AI content is clearly labelled (an AI label on the account counts) and you say you’re AI when a fan asks. Patreon allows illustrated or animated adult AI characters, and Fanfix allows labelled AI personas in safe-for-work content. Fansly bans photorealistic AI, ManyVids doesn’t accept new AI-only accounts by default, and JustFor.Fans’ legal page bans AI videos simulating realistic persons, though its newer help-centre list doesn’t mention AI.
Which OnlyFans alternative pays out fastest?
It depends on what you count. Fansly holds each sale for seven days and approves most payout requests within 48 hours; once a payout is processing, crypto, Paxum and Cosmopayment usually arrive within 24 hours and bank transfers within 1 to 3 business days, though crypto and international bank transfers go out in batches every three days. Passes offers instant payouts for a 10% fee where they’re available. JustFor.Fans pays weekly payouts on Wednesdays, and US performers can expedite a payment for $2. FanCentro pays only once a month, and only after you reach $100.
Do OnlyFans alternatives help you find new fans?
Some do. Fansly has a For You Page and a Suggestions tab, Fanvue a randomised Discover feed, ManyVids ranks creators by MV Score, and AdmireMe features creators on its homepage after 50 posts. Each sets its own bar, from post counts at AdmireMe to recent activity at ManyVids, so you’ll still need traffic of your own.
Do fans pay extra fees on OnlyFans alternatives?
On some. Fanfix adds a 13% surcharge to credit card payments, Fanvue’s own example shows a $0.20 transaction fee plus VAT on a $10 purchase, and Passes says a transaction fee may be added at checkout. ManyVids prices exclude sales taxes. In our experience, a higher checkout price can cost you sales, so check what your fans will actually pay.
Do I need to verify my identity on every platform?
Expect to. Fansly, Fanvue, ManyVids, JustFor.Fans, FanCentro, AdmireMe, Fanfix and Passes all require creators to be at least 18, and Patreon requires every 18+ creator to be ID- and age-verified. The checks differ: Fansly uses Ondato plus a video of you holding your ID, Fanvue a liveness check, JustFor.Fans a biometric check and FanCentro a live face scan. Fans face checks too in a growing number of places, which our guide to age verification for adult websites explains.
Where to Start
Pick the platform that allows your content first, then compare payouts and discovery, and only then the fee, since most of them charge the same 20%. Read the live terms before you move, because several of these pages changed in the last few months. Whichever platforms you choose, put a site you own at the centre, so fans can always find you.
Our OnlyFans SEO service builds that traffic for OnlyFans creators, and our adult SEO packages set out what’s included at each level.
